These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the da111 website at da111.club and any associated services, games, and features made available through the platform. da111 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the Bangladesh market. • You must provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information during registration and keep that information updated.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any other restriction that prohibits you from accessing gambling services.

da111 reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks using the information provided at registration and at any point during the account's lifetime. Failure to pass such checks, or failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time, may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each individual may hold only one da111 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts. da111 uses automated and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations.

All financial transactions on da111 are conducted through approved payment methods only. da111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for Bangladesh players:

• bKash — personal wallet transfers; minimum ৳500 per transaction.
• Nagad — personal wallet transfers; minimum ৳500 per transaction.
• Rocket — personal wallet transfers; minimum ৳500 per transaction.
• Upay — personal wallet transfers; minimum ৳500 per transaction.
• Bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, or BRAC Bank — subject to standard bank processing times.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into the account, and only to the account registered in the player's own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. da111 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification checks. In no circumstances will da111 transfer funds to an account held in a different name to the registered da111 account holder.

da111 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already claimed by a player and in the process of having its wagering requirement met will be honoured in accordance with the terms in force at the time it was claimed.

All games available on da111 — including live casino tables, slot machines, crash games, and RNG table games — are governed by the individual rules of each game as set out within the game interface. For sports betting, the following general rules apply in addition to any sport-specific rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. da111 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), da111 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. A palpable error is defined as an odds price that is clearly and materially incorrect relative to the true market price at the time the bet was placed.

• Live betting markets are subject to suspension and price changes during the course of an event. Bets accepted prior to a suspension or price change will stand at the odds applicable at the time of acceptance.

• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity relating to the player's account or activity on the platform.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or otherwise harmful toward da111 staff or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, da111 may withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where closure is not due to a breach — for example, at the player's request or due to a voluntary self-exclusion — any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

All content on the da111 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, sound effects, and interface design — is the intellectual property of da111 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the da111 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, da111 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the da111 platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical faults, server downtime, payment processing delays, or any other circumstances beyond da111's reasonable control. This exclusion applies regardless of the legal theory under which such losses are claimed.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service disruptions (including payment processors), or events outside da111's control may occasionally affect platform availability. da111 will use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for any losses arising from platform unavailability.

da111 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, da111 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of da111 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
